The 3-room apartment on the ground floor is about 61 square meters. She is friendly, modern and cozy furnishings. One bedroom is furnished with 2 box-spring beds, the other has two single beds. All beds are 0.90m X 2m in size and each provided with bed bases, mattresses and hypoallergenic comforters. The kitchen is fully equipped (built-in furniture, dining table, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishes, coffee maker, blender). The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and equipped with CD-radio and satellite TV. The sleep function leather sofas can be used for the 5th person. In the living room there is also an additional dining table group. The table can accommodate up to 10 people to move out, so that you find here with a large group space, eg if you rent the apartment upstairs so. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and bath with shower. The terrace is 12 square meters, furnished and covered. It provides access to the old orchard. A parking space on the plot exists. Alternatively, we have another three-room flat, 200 meters for up to 6 people. Questions they like to go to, even if this property is marked as occupied or look on the website.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached house in very quiet area (service road) on a 1000 square meter property, which consists mainly of lawn and old fruit trees. If you need more space: is available per apartment parking on the premises.

Under which conditions can I book an accommodation?
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

How do I calculate the total rental price?
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Whether the tourist tax is included or not is displayed below the total rental price.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of guests?
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.

Are there discounts for children?
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. Why is a price calculation impossible, even though the accommodation is vacant?
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.

My requested travel period is below the minimum stay. How can I continue?
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
