Perfekt - jederzeit wieder - Topplage :-) · Absolut klasse war der Balkon mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Frühstück mit Morgensonne - ein Traum. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem gleich an der Promenade und am Strand. Wir waren nur zu zweit in der Wohnung, dadurch sehr geräumig. Kleiderschrank befindet sich in kleinem Schlafzimmer für die 3. Person. Alles wie beschrieben, Miniküche, 2 Kochplatten, kein Backofen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen bei einem Aufenthalt von weniger als 7 Nächten mitgebracht werden. Das wussten wir nicht, haben diese aber problemlos von der netten Dame der Appartementvermittlung bekommen. Diese ist jederzeit erreichbar für Rückfragen und sehr hilfsbereit. Auto darf in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Etwas eng, aber passt. Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
