§4 Rücktritt des Gastes (Stornierung)/ Nichtinanspruchnahme der Leistung der myUsedom24 GmbH (No Show)
(1) Ein Rücktritt des Gastes von dem mit der myUsedom24 GmbH geschlossenen Vertrag bedarf der schriftlichen Zustimmung der myUsedom24 GmbH (per Post oder E-Mail). Erfolgt diese nicht, so ist der vereinbarte Preis aus dem Vertrag auch dann zu zahlen, wenn der Gast vertragliche Leistungen nicht in Anspruch nimmt. Dies gilt nicht bei Verletzung der Verpflichtung der myUsedom24 GmbH zur Rücksichtnahme auf Rechte, Rechtsgüter und Interessen des Gastes, wenn diesem dadurch ein Festhalten am Vertrag nicht mehr zuzumuten ist oder ein sonstiges gesetzliches oder vertragliches Rücktrittrecht zusteht.
(2) Sofern zwischen der myUsedom24 GmbH und dem Gast ein Termin zum kostenfreien Rücktritt im Vertrag schriftlich vereinbart wurde, kann der Gast bis dahin vom Vertrag zurücktreten, ohne Zahlungs- oder Schadensersatzansprüche der myUsedom24 GmbH auszulösen. Das Rücktrittsrecht des Gastes erlischt, wenn er nicht bis zum vereinbarten Termin sein Recht zum Rücktritt schriftlich gegenüber dem Beherbergungsbetriebt ausübt, sofern nicht ein Fall des Rücktritts des Gastes gemäß Abs. 1 Satz 3 vorliegt.
(3) Bei dem vom Gast nicht in Anspruch genommenen Ferienwohnungen, Ferienhäuser oder Ferienzimmer hat die myUsedom24 GmbH die Einnahmen aus anderweitiger Vermietung der Ferienwohnung, Ferienhaus oder Ferienzimmer sowie die eingesparten Aufwendungen anzurechnen.
(4) Der myUsedom24 GmbH steht es frei, die vertraglich vereinbarte Vergütung zu verlangen und den Abzug für ersparte Aufwendungen zu pauschalieren. Der Gast in in diesem Fall verpflichtet 100 % des vertraglich vereinbarten Preises für Übernachtung zu zahlen. Sofern eine Neuvermietung für den vom Gast nicht angetretenen Zeitraum seitens der myUsedom24 GmbH erfolgreich war, ist der Gast verpflichtet 15% des vertraglich vereinbarten Preises für Übernachtungen zu zahlen.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
