The Swallow’s Nest is situated on the second upper storey and sleeps one guest. The cosy sloped ceilings invite you to feel snug and secure without cramping you in. Large skylights let the Nordic sky into the room and provide you with light and air – even on hot days.
Thermo-curtains guarantee heat protection and a good night’s sleep.
The apartment has been decorated stylishly with care and down to the smallest detail.
Wireless internet and use of the washing machine and dryer free of charge.

House Achtersteven with the apartments “Oyster Catcher”, “Sandpiper”, “Red-throated Diver” and “Swallows’ Nest” lies at the end of a historic residential street on the outskirts of List, directly beside the natural conservation area Lister Wanderdünen with views to the dunes and the dyke. Bathing beaches on the tideland and ocean side of the island can be reached in no time at all. The three holiday apartments have been furnished in a cosy, rural style and invite guests to make themselves at home. The peaceful location guarantees peace and quiet at night and real relaxation.

The centre of the township, with restaurants, bistros and shopping opportunities as well as the harbour with its lively atmosphere, are about 15 minutes’ walk away and there is a bicycle rental outfit opposite the house. The bus stops right at the door.
