Ideal for up to 6 guests, this charming thatched-roof house offers a great outdoor space for memorable moments. A seasonal beach chair is available, enhancing the outdoor experience during warmer months. The location on a dune elevation allows easy access to nearby attractions, with the beach and the vibrant town of List just a pleasant walk away, approximately 20 minutes to the harbor. Public, free parking is conveniently located right outside the house, although there is no dedicated parking space. Families and pets are welcomed, ensuring everyone feels at home. Please note that from March to October 2026, the beach area in Mannemorsumtal will undergo renovations, which may cause some disturbances.

Die Kommunikation mit " Unterkunft Sylt" erfolgte schnell und kompetent.
Das Haus fanden wir blitzsauber vor und ist mit allen ausgestattet, was wir als Sebstversorger so brauchten.
Die Raumausstattung ist großzügig. Begeistert hat uns der Blick vom Schlaf- und Esszimmer direkt auf die Nordsee sowie die Nähe zu den Dünen und dem Lister Ortskern.

The holiday home "Jan's Hüs," a charming thatched-roof property suitable for up to six guests, is ideally situated on a dune elevation, offering a stunning panoramic view over the Lister Watt. It provides a perfect starting point for exploring both the picturesque eastern mudflats and the vibrant town center of List, with the harbor reachable in approximately 20 minutes on foot. Visitors can enjoy the nearby sandy beach and have access to various restaurants and attractions. Daily boat excursions to Denmark and the nearby seal banks originate from the harbor. The extensive hiking and cycling paths invite guests to discover the natural beauty around the island and towards the "Ellenbogen." Public parking is available along the street in front of the house, making it accessible for all. Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
