Outdoor area
The property is situated within a well-maintained 3,500 m² garden, located just 2,000 meters from the southwest shore of Lake Bolmen. Guests can enjoy the charming outdoor space, which features various flowers and a cozy garden shed ("Lusthuset") perfect for evening gatherings. The outdoor area includes summer furniture and a grill for delightful al fresco dining. Additionally, three bicycles are available for guests to explore the picturesque surroundings. The outdoor facilities are shared, providing a community atmosphere for guests and the owner couple residing nearby. The property is ideally placed about 3 km from Odensjö and approximately 40 km from Ljungby, with local shopping and services available in Lidhult and Unnaryd, both located about 15 km away.
Rooms and equipment
In the westernmost part of Småland, this modern holiday home, built in 2005, offers approximately 80 m² of living space. It features a cozy living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, and a sauna, along with an additional separate toilet upstairs. The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a SAT-TV with German channels. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic hob, an oven, and a fridge-freezer. The upstairs includes a master bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and a second bedroom with two 80 cm wide single beds. Notably, there are also two spacious 200 x 100 cm sleeping alcoves for children. Amenities include a washing machine in a separate storage room and central heating. The property allows for varied arrival days, and guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
