Diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung überzeugt durch eine geschmackvolle sowie liebevolle Einrichtung und wird von mehreren Gästen als sauber sowie gut ausgestattet beschrieben. Die Lage nah am Wasser bietet eine herrliche Ruhe sowie eine ideale Ausgangslage für Radtouren, wobei zudem Restaurants sowie laut einem Gast Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Der Service zeichnet sich durch eine reibungslose Übergabe sowie eine schnelle Kommunikation aus. Ein Gast vermisste ein helles Leselicht, zudem weisen mehrere Gäste darauf hin, dass der erwähnte Fahrradverleih vor Ort nicht mehr existiert.

Für mich war es die richtige Wahl und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, auch die Küche war zum Kochen mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und das Mobiliar wirkte noch sehr neu und alles war liebevoll dekoriert. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, um zum Beispiel mit dem Fahrrad die Insel zu erkunden. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Fahrradverleih und schräg gegenüber ein wirklich tolles Fischrestaurant. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und machen auch im nächsten Jahr wieder Urlaub hier.«

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, um zum Beispiel mit dem Fahrrad die Insel zu erkunden. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Fahrradverleih und schräg gegenüber ein wirklich tolles Fischrestaurant. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen.

VerifiedWir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden (das einzige, es fehlten Kaffeelöffel. Sicher konnte die jemand gebrauchen, Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das die nie da waren ;-))
Der Ort Lemkenhafen ist zwar klein aber die Lage der Fewo ist sehr gut, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Hafen, der Fahrradverleih direkt nebenan und die Aalkate (gutes Fischrestaurant) schräg gegenüber und ein weiteres Lokal (in dem wir leider nicht mehr waren, soll aber auch sehr gut sein) nur 10 Schritte entfernt.
Nur von außen dürfte es noch etwas verschönert werden!

VerifiedModerne, saubere Dachgeschosswohnung mit neuem Bad und toller Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler.
Zur Begrüßung gab es Sprudelwasser, Fehmarnsche Marmelade und die Hausordnung, sowie Tipps und Adressen in einem Ordner.
Einmal über die Strasse bis zum Surfeinstieg, das Material kann im Garten gelagert werden.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.

A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
