The sleeping area includes:

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

First of all, thank you for booking our apartment and for your interest in our valley. We know you will enjoy your stay!

We look forward to seeing you for check-in between 3pm and 8pm (for different times, please let us know as soon as possible) at Via Ampola 69, Tiarno di Sopra.

Sheets and towels are included in the price. To ensure that the beds are prepared correctly, please let us know how many people are staying and if you need cots. The maximum number of beds per apartment is 4. Two additional people can be added for a supplement. If necessary, we can contact you to update you for better organization.

Extras include a supplement for pets (€5.00 per night) and heating, if used. It is mandatory to notify us if you have a pet.

The village of Tiarno di Sopra also offers all the main amenities. Near the house, you will find 2 supermarkets, a cycle/pedestrian path, a few bars/tobacconists, a few restaurants, a bus stop, an ATM, bike rental, and various excursions.

On the shores of Lake Ledro is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of pile dwellings, part of the serial site Prehistoric Pile Dwellings around the Alps, an extraordinary testimony to prehistoric life, recounted today by the Lake Ledro Pile Dwelling Museum.

Fans of the Great War can explore trenches and fortifications still visible in the mountains, a living memory of the First World War fought on these peaks. The valley also preserves the memory of Giuseppe Garibaldi, a key figure in the Risorgimento events that affected this area.

Heating is an extra cost and is calculated based on consumption. Pets are welcome, with a supplement of €5 per night. The tourist tax, €1.50 per person per night, is mandatory and must be paid in cash on site upon arrival.
