Koenigswinter-Oberpleis is a small village, but it has everything you need.
There are supermarkets, banks, chemists and hairdressers. We have a sauna and an out door swimming pool in the summer time.
The river Rhine is not far away and you can make a trip on one of the many boats. In Koenigswinter there is also a Sealife centre.

VerifiedWir waren sehr positiv über die Wohnung erfreut,diese beinhaltet alles was man braucht zu einem gemütlichen Aufenthalt . Da wurde wirklich an alles gedacht ,ob es Geschirr ,Putzmittel oder Salz ist. Geschirr ist alles zusammen passend und genügend Besteck ist auch vorhanden.
Wir waren 4 Personen und fühlten uns gleich wohl. Alles sauber. In diese Wohnung kommen wir sehr gerne wieder und werden sie weiter empfehlen.

Verifiedwir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt es hat an nichts gefehlt. die Wohnung war tiptop sauber. der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
