Verified by partnerWir haben dort als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind (15 Jahre) eine Woche verbracht. Die Schlafzimmer waren kühl gelegen, geräumig und mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Der Hauptwohnraum hat keinen eigenen TV, so dass gemeinsame Abende auf dem Sofa vor dem Fernseher nicht möglich sind. Die Zeit kann man dann gut nutzen für gemeinsame Spiele. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Grundausstattung an allem. Auflaufform, Waage, Mixer, Salz und Pfeffer oder ähnliches findet man nicht vor. Mit dem Vorwissen könnten wir uns vorstellen erneut Wohnung zu mieten.

VerifiedEs gibt in den Schlafzimmern sehr große Fernseher und zusätzlich einen großen Ohrensessel.
Im Wohn- Küchenbereich gibt es leider kein Radio und keinen Fernseher, so dass einer von uns immer im Bett sitzen musste und fernsehen konnte. Das ist grade an Regentagen nicht so schön, wenn man auch mal am Morgen, oder am Tag fernsehen möchte.
Wenigstens ein Radio wäre im Wohnbereich schön.
Desweiteren wäre eine kurze Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher nett, für technisch nicht ganz so versierte Gäste.

Verified by partnerSehr schön um erholsame Tage zu verbringen. Der Strankorb ist sehr gemütlich. Die Ausstattung gut, man kann prima kochen. Und die Lage ist perfekt, nur 10-15 min zu Fuss zum Hafen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
