Die mit Liebe zum Detail und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wird von vielen Gästen für ihre Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre sowie die lückenlose Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gelobt. Verified by partnerWir waren mit einer vierköpfigen Familie in der Kleinen Schwalbe und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet alle Möglichkeiten und ausreichend Platz auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt auf einem alten Bauernhof nahe der Landstraße von Kabelhorst. In der Nähe befinden sich sowohl genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch regionale landwirtschaftliche Direktverkäufer. Der Hof selbst liegt zurückgezogen und idyllisch zwischen Feldern und Wiesen und daher sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter sind aufmerksam, höflich und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Verified by partnerDie "Kleine Schwalbe" befindet sich in einem liebevoll restaurierten Nebengebäude einer größeren Hofanlage. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Größe und Zuschnitt der Wohnung bietet für zwei Erwachsene (mit oder ohne Kinder) eine ausreichende Menge Platz. Die Möglichkeit den großen Garten, nebst einer Terrasse mitzunutzen ist bei gutem Wetter dann "das Tüpfelchen auf dem i". Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, umgänglich und diskret, aber immer zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht.
Die "Kleine Schwalbe" ist für alle, die sich nicht ununterbrochen dem "Küstentrubel" aussetzten mögen eine hervorragende Alternative – Erholung aus der Distanz sozusagen. Sie ist verkehrsstrategisch sehr günstig gelegen und man kann sich in der direkten Umgebung vor allem auch mit regionalen Produkten bestens versorgen. Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt hier maximal genossen und uns blendend erholt. Fazit: Eine dringende Empfehlung.

Verified by partnerSehr nette Vermieterfamilie, die Gartenecke ist toll - lange Abendsonne, Blick über Feld und Teich, wir haben gern dort gesessen, gegessen, gelesen.
Die Wohnung ist freundlich und mit Charme eingerichtet. Es fehlen ein paar Haken und Bügel für die luftigen Urlaubs-Sommer-Sonnen-Kleider :-). das wird bestimmt noch.
Man kommt sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Auto gut in die Umgebung.

Verified by partnerDie Ferienwohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangpunkt, Gesamt-Ostholstein zu erkunden, mit dem Auto, Fahrrad, oder auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die "Kleine Schwalbe" ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Die Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung für einen unkomplizierten Ostseeurlaub.

wir waren wirklich mit allem hochzufrieden (wenn man die Geräusche der nahen Straße außen vorlässt).
Es war für uns "wie gemacht". Neben den schon bewerteten Aspekten, haben wir besonders genossen, den Garten und das Inventar mitnutzen zu dürfen. Das Frühstück unter dem Pavillon genauso, wie den Abendausklang auf den Liegestühlen mit Blick in die Abendsonne. Fantastisch!
Falls es uns noch einmal nach Ost-Holstein verschlagen sollte, sind wir definitiv wieder mit "an Bord der Kleinen Schwalbe"!

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
