The spacious house that you use all by itself provides a relaxing feel-good atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the picturesque view. The ground floor house offers plenty of space and is ideal for couples and families with 1-2 children.

The garden invites you to have a picturesque view over the Bärenbachtal in the pavilion. On the terrace you can dine wonderfully and end the day.
The adjacent meadow belongs to the property and is the largest playroom for your children.

In the house there is a clothes dryer with brackets for free use. The utility room offers ample space for baby carriages and winter sports equipment. A separate wardrobe is available for winter clothing.

Bed linen, bed linen for the kids, towels and kitchen utensils are included in the price. The beds are made. For the baby or toddler there is a play blanket / crawl cover, which is also suitable for outdoors. Bath towels, a baby bath tub and a changing table with changing mat are available in the bathroom.
For the older child there is a small pot, a seat reduction for the toilet and a stool for the washbasin.

The house offers you all conceivable comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the spacious living room you will immediately feel comfortable. The children's room also has a baby bed and everything that families with children need.

The house and the garden are available to our guests for their own use. Right in front of the house on the property is the parking space for the car, with convenient access to the house and with separate access into the housekeeping room, where e.g. The baby carriages can be turned off.

Relax from the stress of your life and enjoy the wonderful views into the nature and into the Bärenbachtal, directly from your terrace.
The Harz offers a variety of different leisure activities and attractions.

Towels and bed linen are of course included.
For the younger guests there is a cot, a baby bath, a potty, a high chair, a booster seat and a stool ready.
On request we take care of the tourist tax (adult 2.30 EUR / day, children from 7 years 1.30 EUR / day, also a 4-member family with 2 children over 7 years pay a maximum of 5.90 EUR for all together Day), so you can use the benefits immediately upon your arrival. Please leave the signed registration form in the house.
A deposit of 100 EUR is required. Please transfer this with the last balance!

The toboggan lift is less than 100 metres away from our holiday home!
Cross-country skiing, skiing on the Wurmberg or snowshoeing - action is guaranteed even in the cold season.
We are happy to provide our guests with a sledge on request.
