The holiday home Sandvik offers a delightful outdoor experience in a serene vacation area south of Kalmar, Småland. Just 120 meters from a child-friendly beach on the Baltic Sea, visitors can enjoy relaxing days by the water. The scenic coastline features several other beaches to explore. A communal terrace is available, equipped with furniture and a grill, providing a perfect setting to soak in the fresh air and beautiful views.
Nearby, guests can participate in various outdoor activities such as swimming and fishing, or simply immerse themselves in the stunning coastal landscape. With nature and wildlife enthusiasts in mind, the Elchpark "Glasriket Älgpark" is a short 40-minute drive away. Additional local amenities such as shops, restaurants, and cafes are located in Vassmolösa, approximately 8 kilometers away. Visitors can also embark on day trips to Öland Island, renowned for its unique nature, reachable in about 50 minutes.
Nearby, guests can participate in various outdoor activities such as swimming and fishing, or simply immerse themselves in the stunning coastal landscape. Rooms and equipment
The Sandvik holiday home offers approximately 75 m² of living space, accommodating up to six guests. Central to the home is the open L-shaped living, kitchen, and dining area featuring large windows facing the sea, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The living space includes two leather sofas and a smart TV with German channels. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a 4-ring induction cooktop, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The dining area features a large table for shared meals. Three bedrooms are available: two with single beds, one with a double bed and smart TV, plus two additional single beds in the loft. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and washing machine, while a separate guest WC enhances convenience. Additional comforts include underfloor heating, internet access, and optional use of a 11 kW wallbox for electric vehicles.

The holiday home offers check-in and check-out on Sundays, welcomes pets, and prohibits smoking. A security deposit is required and refunded after departure. Guests can optionally book bed linens and towels for €12 per set and utilize the 11 kW wallbox for €50 weekly.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
