The house KĂ€llsmĂ„len is situated on a 4,000 mÂČ plot in a secluded forest clearing, approximately 25 km northwest of Nybro. The outdoor area features a charming open veranda equipped with garden furniture and a grill, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Guests have access to a communal sauna with a relaxation room located in the neighboring building. A small lake with a dock is just 300 meters away, and a bathing area at OrranĂ€sasjön is about 7 km from the house. The property also includes a ping-pong table and provides six bicycles and a canoe for outdoor activities (note that life jackets are not included). This insulated escape is ideal for nature lovers seeking tranquility and recreation in a beautiful setting.

Located approximately 25 km northwest of Nybro, the house offers 90 mÂČ of living space, fully modernized and renovated. The ground floor features a living room with a beautiful tiled stove, satellite TV with German channels, and a Blu-ray home cinema, alongside a well-equipped kitchen with electric and wood stoves, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. A bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, washing machine, and ironing area is also present. Upstairs, there is an additional toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double pull-out couch, and a cozy, wood-paneled sleeping nook with a bunk bed. The house provides both hot and cold running water, free Wi-Fi, and electric heating. Additionally, it offers access to a communal sauna with a relaxation room in the adjacent building. Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
