Verified by partnerDie Lage des Hauses war uns bekannt, da wir bereits im Nachbarhaus gewohnt haben, aber trotzdem ist der Blick vom Balkon immer wieder atemberaubend! Das Haus ist noch sehr neu und somit ist die Einrichtung modern und hochwertig, lediglich ein Radio fehlte uns.Sehr hervorzuheben sind die Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern, die ein Abdunkeln und kühl halten möglich machten. Es ist auch sehr ruhig im Haus, aus den anderen Wohnungen hört man sehr wenig. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wäre da nicht der Punkt mit der Sauberkeit, hätten wir, bis auf das fehlende Radio, wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Als wir nach langer Fahrt ankamen und duschen gingen, stellten wir fest, dass der Duschabzieher kaputt war und nicht mehr in der Halterung anzubringen war. Das Reinigungspersonal arbeitet doch damit und muss das doch melden bzw. austauschen! Hinzu kam, dass die Spüle seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr ordentlich gesäubert wurde; das Sieb war dunkelbraun, vom Chrom kaum noch was zu sehen. Wir haben selber versucht, es mit Spüli einigermassen zu reinigen,aber, das ging leider nur semi gut. Desweiteren haben wir die Kaffeemaschine entkalkt und waren überrascht, wie das Wasser aussah...auch die Halterung für das Küchenpapier war nicht gerade so wie man sich das vorstellt. Sicherlich hätten wir das alles vor Ort melden können, aber wir waren nur eine Woche dort, wovon 2 Tage schon für An-und Abreise abgerechnet werden müssen, da haben wir wenig Lust uns noch mit so was beschäftigen zu müssen. Ausserdem sollte das bei dem Preis füs so eine Wohnung und die Endreinigung eigentlich nicht passieren. Wie gesagt, die Sauberkeit war das einzige Manko, ansonsten ist die Wohnung und das Haus TOP!!! Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
