Diese Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihre traumhafte Lage direkt am Südstrand sowie einen weiten Meerblick aus allen Räumen. Mehrere Gäste loben die geschmackvolle, luxuriöse Einrichtung im Hamptons-Style und heben die hauseigene Sauna sowie die zentrale Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hervor. Ein Gast bemerkt zudem bereitgestellte Bademäntel als besonderes Extra. Während die Gestaltung als hervorragend beschrieben wird, weist ein Gast auf den Reinigungszustand im Duschbereich sowie auf den Sitzkomfort der Möbel und die Matratzenstärke hin. Zudem fehlte einem Gast Stauraum in der Küche.

Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll aber leider gibt es ein paar Punkte die uns daran hindern erneut in dem Haus zu wohnen. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist zum längeren Sitzen einfach zu unbequem, ein Sitzen ist darin nicht möglich, eher ein halbes Liegen. Die beiden kleinen Sessel bieten ebenfalls keinen Sitzkomfort. Ein weiteres Manko sind die Matratzen im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Da ich gelegentlich sehr stark schnarche und ich es meiner Frau nicht zumuten möchte durch diese Störung nicht zu schlafen, bin ich in der ein oder anderen Nacht ausgewichen. Leider sind die Matratzen in diesem Bett so dünn, dass ich jede einzelne Holzlatte des darunter liegenden Rahmes spüren konnte. Darüber hinaus lässt die Sauberkeit der Wohnung zu wünschen übrig. Die Sauberkeit insbesondere die Kalkablagerungen im Duschbereich und die deutlichen gelblichen Verfärbungen im unteren Fugenbereich sprechen nicht für eine gründliche Reinigung und sind nicht gerade sehr appetitlich, schade denn die Wohnung ist doch wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und macht so den Eindruck schnell herunter zu kommen. Die Wohnung hat eine phantastische Lage, direkt am Strand. Man hat von allen Räumen einen atemberaubenden Meerblick und kann gemütlich vom Balkon aufs Meer gucken. Die Wohnung ist im Hamptons Style eingerichtet, sehr schick. Sie kann zu jeder Jahreszeit besucht werden, da für die kälteren Zeit eine eigene Sauna zur Verfügung steht. Praktischer geht es nicht. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen: das Meer und Strand, die Seebrücke, Restaurants, die Bühne mit Veranstaltungen und einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie den Bäcker. Bedingungslos zu empfehlen.

Please be advised that from March to November 2026, a façade renovation will take place at the adjacent Haus Bellevue, which may result in some noise and dust; however, this will not detract from the enjoyable stay.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
