The living area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system, while a second flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio with CD are available in the lofted area.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machines, toaster, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, and mixer, along with adequate crockery and two additional seats for breakfast.
