The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area complete with a seating arrangement, dining table, fireplace, and a collection of board games, along with SAT-TV and Wi-Fi access. The modern open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and freezer. This level also includes a bedroom for two and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, all accessible without stairs.

The upper floor hosts two additional bedrooms for two guests each, as well as another bathroom. The flooring has been upgraded with modern laminate. The home is fully fitted with insect screens, and a free child’s cot and high chair are available. A dog is allowed upon request. Note that the house is smoke-free.
