direct bus connection to the train station + S-Bahn station of "Munich-Pasing".
Bus lines #265 and #259 run every 20 minutes, stop directly near the house.

On the southwestern outskirts of Munich at the city boundary to Munich (Pasing) - in the beautiful small River "Würm" - Valley - lies the municipality of Gräfelfing (ZIP code 82166), which consists of the districts of Gräfelfing and Lochham. With its approximately 13,000 inhabitants, Gräfelfing is one of the most popular suburbs of Munich. The holiday apartment is located in the district of Lochham, near the Munich-Pasing city border.
The Munich city center can be reached easily and quickly by train and bus. The bus stop (#265 city bus + line #259) to Pasing station and Martinsried (university campus) is located directly in front of the house.
From Pasing station, you can reach Munich within a few minutes, as well as the airport and both local and distant destinations.

The central location and proximity to the A96 (Gräfelfing exit: Lindau motorway) and the new motorway ring (A99) offer perfect transport connections.
