Verified by partnerDie Wohnung hat uns in vielerlei Hinsicht überzeugt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragende Sauberkeit sowie die großzügige Raumaufteilung – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Lage, wenn man eine sehr zentrale Unterkunft bevorzugt. Zudem gestaltete sich die Parksituation für uns etwas schwierig: Wir sind mit einer Dachbox angereist, die leider nicht in die Tiefgarage gepasst hat. Daher mussten wir auf einen Parkplatz am Straßenrand ausweichen. Aufgrund des starken Schneefalls waren die verfügbaren Parkmöglichkeiten zusätzlich eingeschränkt. Man war dementsprechend froh, einen wohnungsnahen Parkplatz zu finden, und hat das Auto anschließend möglichst nicht mehr bewegt, sodass viele Wege zu Fuß zurückgelegt wurden.
Abgesehen davon können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Auch wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen – insbesondere dann, wenn wir die Tiefgarage nutzen können.

As we didn't have a car, having to walk out of the way to the office to get the keys with all our luggage was annoying, but that was clearly explained before the apartment was booked so we knew that would be the case.

Verified by partnerTolle Ferinwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sauber und ansprechend ausgestattet. Bad sehr schön mit Regendusche. Bett sehr bequem. Frühstück draußen im Grünen auf der Terrasse schön möglich, mit dem Blick auf die Alpspitze. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder buchen.

Verified by partnerFür 2 Personen sehr schöne Wohnung mit komplett eingerichteter Küche (da fehlt wirklich nichts), bequemem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Bett ohne Knarzen, großem Bad mit großer Dusche. Außerdem Terrasse mit klasse Blick Richtung Zugspitze. Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten, Fußgängerzone Partenkirchen oder Gramisch in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tiefgaragenplatz etwas eng, aber ausreichend. Vorbereitung und Infos zur Wohnung durch Mahr`s FeWo Vermittlung waren super. Bei einem weiteren GaPa Urlaub wäre diese FeWo unsere 1. Wahl.

Verified by partnerDie Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit war Top! Ideal für 4 Personen, die Schlafcouch ist kein Not-Bett sondern Sulu per bequem zum schlafen. Es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Die Lage auch super, vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen (Partnachklamm, Schanzen, Innenstadt...). Es gibt viel zu sehen und erleben in der Umgebung, hervorragend für Wandersleut.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war auch ohne Probleme. Alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Verified by partnerWir waren zufrieden auch wenn das Wohnzimmer etwas staubig war und wir auch recht viele Spinnweben vorgefunden haben. Die Tiefgarage konnten wir nicht nutzen da Putz/Farbe von der Decke auf das Auto gerieselt ist. Hat nicht schön ausgesehen. Auch der Boden im Wohnzimmer sollte mal gemacht werden, er ist wirklich sehr stark am knarzen. Küche und Bad waren natürlich super.

Bad und Küche sind neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und lädt durch die wirklich ruhige und sonnige Lage zum Verweilen ein.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super.
Nur 10 min zu Fuß zum Bäcker und Einkaufsladen und Skischanze nur knappe 5 min entfernt.
Man kann von dort alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Auch mit kleinem Kind war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
Für ein Reisebett wurde gesorgt und in dem großzügigen Garten, konnte auch gut gespielt werden.
Also auch ein Urlaub mit Kind ist in der Wohnung gut möglich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Die Schanze ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Loipe ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet. Zudem steht eine Tiefgagarage zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist bestens eingerichtet, so das man eigentlich nichts mitbringen muss. WLAN u. Fernseher sind vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in hervorragender Lage am Stadtrand und Skischanze. Alle benötigten Geschäfte liegen Fußläufig entfernt. Auch etliche Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage ist im Winter Gold wert. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die große Terrasse und den großen Garten konnten wir im Januar nur bedingt nutzen. Eine leichte Verstopfung in der Dusche würde in wenigen Stunden behoben. 5 Sterne für den Service. Falls wir noch mal nach Garmisch fahren würde ich diese Wohnung wieder anmieten.

Verified by partnerDie Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und ruhig und in einer guten Lage. Aber das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmte aus meiner Sicht nicht.
Für eine Woche 634 € davon 109 für Endreinigung Handtücher und Bettwäsche, finde ich überhöht da gemäß der Infomappe man ja alles sauber lassen sollte. Papier, Kunststoff, Müll raus bringen Flaschen entsorgen und Wohnung besenrein lassen. Es käme sonst nochmals eine Rechnung. Und dann noch 109 € zu bezahlen finde ich als zu viel da die Wohnung nicht mal anstandslos sauber war.

Verified by partnerDie Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, unweit der Skiflugschanzen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal, ist schön eingerichtet und Küche/Bad erscheinen sehr neuwertig. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat eine schöne Essecke.
Fazit: Eine tolle Wohnung, die man mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in hervorragender Lage am Stadtrand und Skischanze. Alle benötigten Geschäfte liegen Fußläufig entfernt. Auch etliche Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage ist im Winter Gold wert. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die große Terrasse und den großen Garten konnten wir im Januar nur bedingt nutzen. Eine leichte Verstopfung in der Dusche würde in wenigen Stunden behoben. 5 Sterne für den Service. Falls wir noch mal nach Garmisch fahren würde ich diese Wohnung wieder anmieten.

Verified by partnerDie Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und ruhig und in einer guten Lage. Aber das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmte aus meiner Sicht nicht.
Für eine Woche 634 € davon 109 für Endreinigung Handtücher und Bettwäsche, finde ich überhöht da gemäß der Infomappe man ja alles sauber lassen sollte. Papier, Kunststoff, Müll raus bringen Flaschen entsorgen und Wohnung besenrein lassen. Es käme sonst nochmals eine Rechnung. Und dann noch 109 € zu bezahlen finde ich als zu viel da die Wohnung nicht mal anstandslos sauber war.

Verified by partnerDie Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, unweit der Skiflugschanzen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal, ist schön eingerichtet und Küche/Bad erscheinen sehr neuwertig. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat eine schöne Essecke.
Fazit: Eine tolle Wohnung, die man mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.

Verified by partnerSuper grosse, gemütliche Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht auf Berge, nahe der Parznachklamm und des Olympia Geländes. Die Wohnung ist ideal mit Bus, Fahrrad (Bike), oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Zentrum Partenkirchen ist es 5 min mit dem Rad, zum Zentrum Garmisch, 7 Minuten mit dem Rad.

Verified by partnerWir waren 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung Kleeblatt in Garmisch. Die Lage ist ideal, zentral und doch in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen und mit der Gästecard kann man den Bus kostenlos nutzen.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Am Abend kann man auf der Terrasse den Tag schön ausklingen lassen.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
