Eine sehr schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung. Liegt ideal: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Garmisch ist Fußläufig. Ausflugsziele und Wanderwege sehr gut zu erreichen .Im Außenbereich kann man gemütlich zusammen sitzen ohne gestört zu werden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Апартаменти чудові. Хочеться приїхати знову. Кухонна техніка нова. Особливо сподобався камін. Все будо дуже чисто. Дуже милий і професійний персонал. До центру міста 10 хвилин пішки. До магазину 5 хвилин пішки. До гірськолижного підйомника 25 хвилин пішки. Все в пішій доступності. Я тільки рекомендую ці апартаменти.

Insgesamt waren wir äußerst zufrieden und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Fa. MAHR war sehr unkompliziert, die Beschreibung oder Bedienungsanleitung für die Wohnung ist für jeden verständlich .
Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder hier eine Ferienwohnung buchen.

Sehr schön neu und gepflegt, mit Garten. Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie dort, aber auch für 2x2 Erwachsene gut geeignet, da zwei volle Bäder.
Wir hatten am Ende etwas in der Wohnung vergessen, was uns netterweise zugeschickt wurde.

Super Ferienwohnung, gut möbliert, Küchenausstattung bestens, sogar Grundgewürze waren vorhanden, auch Reinigungsmittel aller Art waren zur Nutzung verfügbar.
Nicht überzeugt hat mich die Mitarbeiterin des Büros. Teilweise schnippische und wenig serviceorientierte Art.

Die Wohnung ist top! ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Küchenutensilien ausreichend vorhanden. eine große Doppelterrassentür zur l-förmigen sehr großen Terrasse., Ebenso eine Balkontür im Küchen-/Essbereich. großer LED Fernseher (ebenfalls in den zwei Schlafzimmern). Besondere Erwähnung findet der Sonos Lautsprecher mit Zugriff auf TuneIn und Amazon Music ;
Das Bad ist mit Badewanne, Dusche und Toilette und Tageslicht (großes Fenster; hell und gut.
Im zweiten Bad ist eine Toilette und eine Dusche - ohne Tageslicht - vorhanden.
Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit hoher, rückenfreundlicher Matratze. Großer Kleiderschrank mit ausreichend Platz. Ebenfalls doppeltürige Terrassentür.
Das KInderzimmer mit zwei sehr guten Einzelbetten ist leider etwas klein, so dass es nur zum Schlafen geeignet ist.
Die Tiefgerageist groß, der Parkplatz geräumig, rangieren fällt sehr leicht.
Insgesamt: Super! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Dass man zufuß in die Stadtmitte laufen kann, haben wir sehr genossen. Wir hoffen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Garmisch wieder in dieser Wohnung wohnen zu können.

Tolle, geräumige Wohnung im EG mit zwei Badezimmern, zwei Terassen und - !!!! - mit total angenehmer Fußbodenheizung.
Die Küche ist vom Feinsten eingerichtet und hervorragend geeignet für solche, die gerne selber kochen.
Zum Skigebiet ist es aus der Tiefgarage mit dem Auto nur ca. 10 Minuten, Zugspitzbahn ca. 15 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeit bzw. Ortsmitte zu Fuß in 5 bzw. 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Fazit: Die Wohnung ist ihren Preis wert!

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
