From a height of 11 m above the sea, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the small Fahrensodde marina and the Flensburg Fjord with the German and Danish coasts from all rooms and terraces. Due to the hillside location of the property and its planting and fencing, you have complete privacy. There is also a parking space for your car!

Fall asleep with a view of the beacons of the Flensburg Fjord, wake up with a view of the marina and Denmark. You can do both in this comfortable private house on approx. 120 m² with a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, 2 large terraces and the 900 m² landscaped property with numerous open spaces. The interior of the house is characterized by the wooden floor designed like a ship's deck and numerous works of art. It is furnished, among other things, with Danish design classics, e.g. by Arne Jacobsen and Børge Mogensen, a Danish fireplace, a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen and the bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes. The associated bathrooms each have a shower and a vanity, and the master bathroom also has a bathtub. There is a large table with chairs for up to 10 people on both terraces, so you can also receive guests. For your grilling pleasure there is a stylish gas grill from EvaSolo as well as two real deck chairs with butler tray for chilling out. You have WiFi in all rooms, the living room and lower bedroom each have large flat-screen smart TVs with cable connection. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

The house will only be rented in the summer of 2022, while the owners will be traveling on the Baltic Sea with their sailboat for several months.

The distance to the sea is 30 m, a small beach is approx. 200 m away, the Solitude lido is approx. 1500 m away. You can eat home-style food in the clubhouse restaurant of the two sailing clubs located at the marina, there is an Italian restaurant at the Solitude lido, and Dirk Luther's 2-star restaurant 500 m further in Meierwik in the Altes Meierhof. In the district center at Twedter Plack, about 1 km away, there is a shopping center with two large supermarkets, bakeries, a fish shop (!) and other small shops as well as doctor's offices and pharmacies. There is also the bus stop and a gas station. The distance to the city center and Flensburg harbor is 6 km, to Glücksburg 8 km, to the motorway 12 km and to Denmark 15 km.
