Ich war mit meiner schwerbehinderten Mutter hier, da ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet. Wir haben aber das Beste draus gemacht. Wir hätten allerdings erwartet das die Bettwäsche bezogen gewesen wäre was auf der ganzen Insel der Fall ist. Ich komme seit 26 Jahren nach Fehmarn und das 3X im Jahr. Die Metalltreppe zur Wohnung ist auch sehr steil, da schweres Gepäck ? hoch zu bringen, ist für zwei Frauen sehr schwer. Wie gesagt eine sehr schöne Wohnung nur das Wohnzimmer ist nicht im Erdgeschoss, da sind die Schlafräume. Für junge Menschen oder Familien mit Kindern hervorragend geeignet, aber nicht für ältere Menschen und auch nicht für Menschen mit Handicap. Wir haben uns trotz allem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Schuppen können die Fahrräder trocken und sicher abgestellt werden. Bei kleinen Problemen, gab es eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Verified by partnerSuper Lage, Blick auf die Ostsee. Ruhig, tolle Terrasse mit Morgensonne, Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Für ältere Menschen muss man die steilen Treppen berücksichtigen. Ein Kritikpunkt ist die schlechte Internet Anbindung. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Verified by partnerEine sehr schönes und modernes Ferienhaus. Die Aussicht auf den Strand , das Meer und die Brücke sind wundervoll. Im ganzen Haus gibt es Fußbodhnheizung, was besonders unserem Hund gefallen hat. Der Strand ist nur durch eine Straße und einen Deich vom Haus getrennt.
Das einzige was nicht so toll war,war das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer(sehr hart), die offene Metalltreppe zum Hauseingang(wir mussten unseren Hund immer hoch und runter tragen) und das es im Flur kein Schuhregal gab.
Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Verified by partnerWir kommen schon seit über 20 Jahren auf die Insel Fehmarn. Dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal in das Ferienhaus "Brückenblick" im Ortsteil Fehmarnsund. Eine wunderschöne, moderne Doppelhaushälfte mit sehr guter, hochwertiger Ausstattung und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Ostsee, das Festland und die Fehmarnsundbrücke. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen, auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Stahltreppe zur Haustür hatte er nach kurzer Eingewöhnung auch selbständig laufen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toplage, super sauber und immer wartet eine nette Geste des Vermieters auf uns...sei es ein kleines Weihnachstgesteck oder jetzt zu Silvester eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Tisch ...herzlichen Dank auch dafür, da fühlt man sich direkt richtig willkommen! Man ist in 1 Minute direkt am Strand und sieht vom Frühstückstisch herrlich aufs Meer..Wir haben natürlich sofort wieder für dieses Jahr gebucht! Lieben Gruß aus Duisburg...

Verified by partnerDas Haus ist wunderschön, man blickt beim Essen aufs Meer, wunderschönes Wetter hatten wir .Alles ist da was man braucht, Bett und Couch sind sehr gut, was ich für wichtig finde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Treppe zur Haustür ist leider nicht so Hundefreundlich, so dass ich meinen Hund immer rauf und runter tragen musste. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub .

Die Einrichtung ist hübsch und die Wohnung sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Wir konnten tolle Sonnenauf-und untergänge bewundern.
Leider sind die Schlafzimmer etwas spartanisch eingerichtet und die Betten sehr sehr hart und ungemütlich!
Mit neuen Betten würden wir die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

VerifiedUns hat eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk und einem herrlichem Ausblick begrüßt. Für zwei Erwachsene, eventuell noch einem Kind, ist die Wohnung ideal. Bei 5 Kleiderbügeln, 50 cm Kleiderstange und keine Möglichkeit Schuhe irgendwo abzustellen, sehe ich Probleme bei vier Erwachsenen. Ein paar Kleiderhaken in den Schlafzimmern wären angebracht. In einer Bewertung wurde erwähnt, dass die Couch und die Betten gemütlich sind. Bei der Couch kann ich nur zustimmen, die Betten sind nur gemütlich, wenn man gerne hart schläft.

VerifiedHaben die Tage dort mit Hund verbracht und müssen sagen: Es war einfach wunderbar! Die Nähe zum Strand, die Saune, der Kamin und das Tollste ist tatsächlich die Aussicht aufs Meer. Mega!!! Ein kleiner Nachteil für Hundebesitzer ist lediglich die offene Gittertreppe zur Eingangstür. Für Hundepfoten nicht optimal, aber da kann man sich behelfen. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter(Vertreterin,) ist sensationell. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

VerifiedDas ist die Traumferienwohnung auf Fehmarn. Sauber, modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Mit Kamin und Sauna für kuschelige Stunden.
Überall Fussbodenheizung. Und dann der traumhafte Blick auf die Ostsee. 5min. Bis zum Strand. Am Internet haperte es leider ein wenig. Das ist verbesserungswürdig. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben auch sehr moderne Fernseher an der Wand. Die Toilette ist ein wenig ungünstig angebracht, ging aber nicht anders. Auch bei der Dusche wurde nicht gespart.
Die Sauna konnten wir leider nicht testen. Hier wäre ein Sichtschutz empfehlenswert.
Das Haus würde ich immer wieder mieten.

VerifiedSchöne Doppelhaushälfte nur 100 mtr. vom Strand entfernt. Der Blick am Morgen beim Frühstück war wunderschön als die Sonne über der See aufging. Da die Wohnung aus zwei Etagen besteht ist es für eingeschränkt gehbehinderte keine Option. Es wird aber auch in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen. Die Einrichtung ist super, alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und werden wiederkommen.

VerifiedWunderschöne Doppelhaushälfte mit traumhaften Ausblick auf die Ostsee und die Fehmarnbrücke. Nur 50 Meter entfernt vom Wasser. Super Läge! Das Haus ist in einem zeitgemäßen Top Zustand und bietet alles was man entweder von zu Hause gewohnt ist oder im Urlaub nicht missen möchte. Eine schöne Terrasse im 1. OG mit Weber Gas-Grill, ein Kaminofen mit bereitgestellten Holz für kühlere Abende oder einfach für die Gemütlichkeit sind ebenso vorhanden wie Fußbodenheizung im gesamten Haus, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und alles was man sonst noch benötigt. Ausreichend Geschirr ist auch vorhanden. Ein PKW Stellplatz direkt vorm Haus und die Möglichkeit das Sauna-Fass zu nutzen besteht ebenfalls.
Rundrum haben wir uns dort in unserem einwöchigen Urlaub wohlgefühlt und werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen.

Sehr empfehlenswert, allerdings nichts für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung, nachdem die Wohnung nicht ebenerdig und auf 2 Etagen verteilt ist. Aber hierauf wird in der Beschreibung der Wohnung hingewiesen. Wer seinen Urlaub genießen will, sollte hier buchen.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
