To that accommodation belongs a sheltered patio with garden chairs and table (here it is also allowed to smoke), a small lockable shed for the provided modern & convenient bicycles and passing through the front-building the guests reach the house entrance in the Obergraben street No. 15, exactly in the middle of the Baroque District Dresden Inner New Town. Safe Public parking is possible on the street next to residential house and periphery.

The holiday apartment CANALETTO is a non-smoking apartment with living room, bedroom, bath with bath tube / toilet / washing machine, fitted kitchen for self catering, and supplied by "eco-electricity" from renewable energy sources. The facilities for sleeping are one french double bed (1,60 x 2,00m) in the bedroom & one comfortable bed sofa (1,50 x 2,00m) in the living room. The living area is decorated by contemporary art. Public parking is possible on the street next to residential house and periphery and CANALEETO is also a cycle-friendly accommodation with tools, maps & lockable bike shed. The holiday apartment, last renovated in spring 2021, is situated at ground floor (no steps and stairs) in a sheltered and safe backyard of a historical building (18th century).

The apartment CANALETTO is located steps away from the Dresden Historic Old Town, places for walking animated by the rhythm of the seasons, forming a green setting around the Church of Our Lady and along the meadows of Elbe river. Centrally situated and easily accessible, that holiday flat is new furnitured, fully equipped and has many extras like Wi-Fi Internet & bicycles for free of charge. Around the apartments CANALETTO and in the Baroque District are different parking failities. Much to explore and experience in Dresden and surroundings for families, couples and single travelers. Price information
Since July 2015, the town concile of Dresden has been demanding an accommodation tax of 6% of the accommodation price per persones in an adult adge for all overnight guests with a tourist background, which is payable at check-in at the accommodation company.
Other information
Our guests live in the middle of the city and enjoy short distances to the TRAM and BUS stops, the Deutsche Bahn train station Dresden-Neustadt and also the long-distance bus stop near by. Almost all of Dresden's tourist highlights are within walking distance. Bicycles are available for FEWO guests for individual mobility.
We collaborate with locally based companies in the gastronomy and event sector, and we keep our guests informed about their current offerings.

Verifieddie ausstattung u einrichtung und lage war perfekt auch die umgebung in der Dresdener Neustadt im barokviertel. Autoparken war jetzt aber gebührenpflichtig (6€/tag), was akzeptabel war. Zwei gute fahräder waren inkludiert und erleichterten die mobiliät, ebenso die endreinigung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Als Betreiber einer Ferienwohnung im Stadtzentrum haben wir leider keinen Einfluss auf die Parksituation und auch nicht auf die Gebührenordnung der Stadt Dresden. Das Parken im Neustädter Barockviertel ist grundsätzlich auf der Strasse, auf beschrankten Parkplätzen im Viertel und in einem sehr modernen Parkhaus möglich. So finden unsere Gäste zu jeder Zeit eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Ihr mitgeführtes Kfz. Über 50% unserer Gäste reisen mit dem Zug, dem Fernbus oder dem Flugzeug an. Kurze Wege zu den Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Fahrräder - die Sie ja auch reichlich nutzten - erfordern während des Aufenthalts in Dresden und in der Fewo CANALETTO eigentlich keine Benutzung eines privaten Kraftfahrzeuges. DANKE für Ihren Besuch und Ihren hier hinterlegten Kommentar, der Interessierten bestimmt etwas bei der Orientierung in der Stadt und bei der Wahl einer geeigneten Unterkunft in Dresden helfen wird.Käfer

VerifiedUns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung liegt ideal, ruhig aber sehr zentral. Leider ist sie etwas dunkel aufgrund der Innenhoflage. Das wäre aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt. Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

es war einfach alles vorhanden. sogar Werkzeug, Regenschirm und ein erste hilfe koffer. wo gibt's sowas schon, auch wenn man es nicht braucht. super netter vermieter.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
