From the balcony, which is located on the master bedroom, you have a view of the courtyard. There is a public parking lot directly at the house, but there is a charge for it. From our apartment you can immediately get to the action of DD Neustadt. Cellar use possible if required. Bicycle room available. Underground parking space available.

On foot you can quickly reach the Elbe meadows, the Elbe cycle path and, for example, the delicious “Rosengarten” café. Experience the colorful Dresden Neustadt with its numerous facets. By car you can quickly reach Dresden's old town - e.g. Pirnaischer Platz - in about 8 minutes, by public transport in about 20 minutes. From there you can visit and explore the old town as well as Dresden's Neumarkt. Experience the city of Dresden from its most beautiful side, with numerous well-known sights. "The Zwinger", "the Frauenkirche", "the art academy", also affectionately called the "lemon squeezer", the Elbe with its Elbe meadows, the Altmarkt with its numerous shops or the immediate surroundings of Dresden Neustadt with many bars, pubs and restaurants.
