The apartment is about 65 sqm big and accommodates up to 4 people. The living room is equipped with LCD TV, DVD player and a music system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a Senseo machine and a stove. In one of the bedrooms you will find a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, the other one is equipped with two single beds. The apartment is well-equipped and it is decorated in a modern and cosy style. The apartment offers you the charm of a penthouse, but it is bright and friendly at the same time.

Die Atmosphäre wird mehrfach als gemütlich empfunden, wobei viele Besucher ein echtes Zuhause-Gefühl und die liebevolle Einrichtung betonen. VerifiedLiebevoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Sieht in Natur schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Wir waren angenehm überrascht, wie gut die Wohnung schon ausgestattet war. Was nicht selbstverständlich ist, sind Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Spüllappen und Geschirrhandtücher und Putzsachen. Sehr nette Gastgeber die bei der größten Hitze, dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir auch durch Ventilatoren und eine andere Schlafmöglichkeit in der Wohnung diese Unterkunft genießen konnten.
Optimal fanden wir auch die kurze Strecke von der Wohnung zur Westfalenhalle. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch die schöne grüne Umgebung von Wellinghofen. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man in Dortmund ist. Wenn wir wieder eine Unterkunft in Dortmund suchen müssten, auf jeden Fall bei Familie Buttkereit in Wellinghofen. Danke für alles!

VerifiedAlso für die kurze Zeit die wir da waren, sind wir sehr überrascht worden von der
Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie Buttkereit.Es ist eine sehr nette Familie, mit der man sehr schnell "warm " werden kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmacklich eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein, deshalb werden wir wiederkommen, wenn sich uns die Möglichkeit bietet. Alles in allem ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
