The communal Mediterranean garden enhances the experience, featuring a solar-heated pool and a children's pool, available from Easter until the end of October, depending on the weather. uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, es war die perfekte Wohnung für uns 8 Mädels. Wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten doch die eine oder andere Wanderung machen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch die Betreuung und Beratung war sehr gut.
Wir sind alle der Meinung, dass man dieses Domizil weiter empfehlen kann.

Verified by partnerDie Ferienwohnung war für uns, 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, absolut ausreichend. Auch der Blick vom Balkon auf den Comer See war traumhaft. Meiner Meinung nach könnten die Matratzen so langsam mal ausgewechselt werden, ansonsten war aber alles Top sauber.

- Einfahrt und Parkplätze knapp aber ausreichend
- Müllabholung sehr früh und damit laut für die Zimmer auf Straßenseite.
- 1 Tür war beschädigt und konnte nicht geschlossen werden.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
