It includes an open-plan living area with a contemporary kitchen island, equipped with an induction stove and a convection oven, along with a comfortable dining area and a lounge space with a double sofa bed.

The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom and a twin room with a bunk bed (140 x 200 cm below, 90 x 200 cm above). The bathroom boasts a wash basin, a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head, and a toilet. Guests can utilize shared amenities, including a beach volleyball court nearby. The apartment is designated non-smoking, providing a pleasant environment for families and leisure seekers alike.
