In addition to attractions such as the Roland, the Bremer Stadtmusikanten, the Böttcherstraße and the Altstadtviertel Schnoor, there are many worthwhile excursion destinations in the Hanseatic city: Bürgerpark, Stadtwald, Unisee, cycling as well as the Werdersee and the Blockland. Walking through the rhododendron park is a thriving experience in the spring.

Living/sleeping room with 1 wall-folding bed with a 7-zone comfort foam mattress and 1 sofa bed with spring core equipment and bed box as well as 1 table and 2 folding chairs for non-smokers and guests up to a maximum of 100 kg. Cupboard kitchen with 2 hotplates, microwave and fridge/minibar, crockery, CREMESSO coffee/tea capsule system, toaster, vacuum cleaner, etc., satellite TV, radio alarm clock
Towels and tea towels are included. Shower room with hair dryer.

The guests are obliged to treat the rented property with care and to behave in an energy-saving and environmentally conscious manner. Daily ventilation service. A wet cleaning of the floor is carried out by the host every 2 weeks. Bed linen provided by us must be removed by the guest when they move out. The other ongoing cleaning of the object including the dishes used is carried out by the guest or must be agreed separately for an additional fee of 30 €, in addition to the final cleaning. The final cleaning does not include the cleaning of the dishes, the normal regular pre-cleaning by the guest during the rental period, such as the toilet and the shower.

We attach particular importance to clean and tidy guests.

Upon arrival we welcome our guests with fruit and 1 bottle of mineral water.
COLLECTION:
By train or by plane arriving guests we pick you up by arrangement from the station or airport.

The apartment Mörike offers only non-smoking rooms. No smoking is allowed throughout the apartment. The customer accepts and respects this provision with his booking. If this provision is violated, an immediate contractual penalty of € 300 will be due. As proof, the smell of burnt tobacco (cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, etc.) is sufficient. In this case, the owners of the apartment are entitled to immediate termination without notice. If the cleaning of the entire inventory of reserved by the customer premises by detecting higher than the agreed penalty to be, they will be on the invoice, after deduction of the penalty already paid, due. Downtime costs for connection bookings are shown separately and are also due immediately upon departure of the customer.
