Outdoor area
You will have two open areas at your disposal: an outside area used as a private parking with a sliding gate and an area with a table and chairs available to enjoy your stay in total privacy and intimacy, away from the noise of the city.
Rooms and equipment
The very welcoming and bright bedrooms are divided as follows:
- on the ground floor in the living room we find a comfortable sofa bed;
- on the first floor we find 1 double bedroom with a King-size bed with wardrobe and 1 bedroom with two single beds always with an attached wardrobe, there are also various custom-made compartments to accommodate all your personal effects.
Villetta Federica has 2 bathrooms available. A comfortable service bathroom on the ground floor and a beautiful bathroom on the first floor, with shower, complete sanitary ware, Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel, we also find a hairdryer and an illuminated mirror.
In addition to towels of various sizes you will find sheets, blankets and everything you need to make your stay perfect, already included in the price of the apartment.
At your disposal you will find a comfortable gas stove with 4 burners, a fridge / freezer, a large oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and obviously a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery.
The living room is equipped with a 4K Ultra HD TV.

A place mainly dedicated to seaside tourism, Torre Santa Sabina – Marina di Carovigno – has a few dozen inhabitants during the rest of the year. It has several hotel facilities and numerous restaurants, bars and pubs frequented by the inland population and a destination for Italian and foreign tourists, so much so that it is considered the elective place of the Carovigno nightlife.
The natural harbor, located in the immediate vicinity of the tower, hosts some fishing boats. Next to it there is a large bay with a sandy beach, and not far away a small pine forest.
In the village there is a Rectory Church of Santa Sabina, which depends on the Parish of S. Pietro Apostolo of Carovigno.
In 2007, and since 2016, the municipality of Carovigno, with its 14 km of coastline (including low cliffs, coves and large beaches), has been awarded the Blue Flag, an international recognition given by the Foundation for Environmental Education (Fee), which rewards the environmental quality of seaside tourist resorts

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
