The apartment has its own beach chair on the beach section in front of the house, which you can use at least from May 15th to September 15th - depending on the weather, earlier or even longer. The "Strandkorb" is lockable and is located in the reception area of the public WiFi of the municipality of Fehmarn.

A car parking lot is available free of charge directly in front of the house, additional parking around surcharge. Cycle at the house. Small bicycle room in the house.

From every window you have a wonderful sea and marina view and enjoy all day the natural play of light and water. Thanks to the horizontally opening panoramic window in the living room you can sit practically like on a balcony in the fresh air, well protected from the seagulls. In all windows blackout blinds are fitted.

The apartment is flooded with light, nice and modern equipped and ideal for a maximum of 4 people and an infant.
KITCHEN
with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven with steam cooking, espresso machine (Nespresso), milk frother, filter coffee machine, 2-zone ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and plenty of odds and ends. Two other ceramic hobs are in the closet and can be placed as needed.

with tub and shower facilities, heated towel rails, hair dryer.
LIVING ROOM
with large flat screen TV, DVD / BluRay player, a stereo with Bluetooth, fast internet via WiFi (up to 50 MBit/s without volume limitation), telephone for calls to German fixed network, spacious couch, easy chair with ottoman for relaxed reading and dozing, dining table with four chairs. Evening unfold in an instant the comfortable double bed from the closet and so transform the living room into a second bedroom. In approximately 1 minute walk away - thanks elevator in the house barrier-free - is one of the nicest beach segments of the Island Fehmarn with beach chair rentals, playgrounds, toilets with baby changing facilities, baywatch monitoring and restaurants. Ideal for families with buggy. The year-round opened adventure bath "FehMare" with wave operation, children's and sauna area is within walking distance, as well as bakery, laundry and self-service market in the marina.

VerifiedLage, Lage, Lage! Ausstattung, Ausstattung, Ausstattung! Das Ostseenest ist ideal für eine vierköpfige Familie. Man ist fix am Strand und der Bus fährt kostenlos in die Stadt. Wohnung sauber und sehr praktisch eingerichtet Alles wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

VerifiedSchnucklige Unterkunft in super Lage für Familie mit 2 Kindern.
Ein kl. Backofen wäre unserer Meinung nach sinniger wie die Mikrowelle.
Insgesamt war es ordentlich und sauber. Aber leider kam aus dem Teppich im Kinderzimmer Sand gerieselt und der Kinderhocker im Bad war ziemlich eingestaubt.
Trotzdem würden wir hier sehr gerne wieder buchen.

VerifiedWir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche auf Fehmarn und die Wohnung war super. Sehr praktisch, platzsparend, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und alles modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Hafen war unser Highlight, besonders wenn man bei Sonnenschein aufwacht :-)
Und der kurze Weg zum Strand mit Strandkorb inklusive war perfekt! Ein tolles Erlebnis für uns alle, wir kommen gerne wieder!

VerifiedVom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet und das Badezimmer recht neu. Wir waren zu viert da, mit 2 Kindern (4 Jahre und 10 Monate). Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Hochbett war klasse! Unsere Große schlief oben und der kleine Mann unten (hatten noch einen Rausfallschutz mitgenommen). Herrlich ist auch abends der Blick auf den Hafen dank der riesigen Fenster und das Möwengeschrei - Urlaubsfeeling pur!
Vorm Haus war direkt der Parkplatz und zum Strand inklusive Strandkorb war es nicht weit. Überall gab es öffentliche, neuwertige Toiletten an der Promenade und tolle Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ☀️❤️☀️

VerifiedSehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, super ausgestattet (sogar Spülmaschinentabs und Lappen lagen bereit). Der Ausblick auf den Yachthafen ist großartig und der Südstrand mit zur Wohnung gehörendem Strandkorb nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Auch der eigene Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus ist sehr praktisch.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Familie mit zwei Kinder wirklich gut.

VerifiedSehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Anfänglich waren wir ein wenig skeptisch, da es keinen Balkon gibt und es nicht direkt zum Strand gerichtet ist. Jedoch hatten wir einen direkten Blick auf den Hafen und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Tagsüber waren wir am Südstrand, da ein Strandkorb im Apartment inkludiert ist. Das Apartment war für uns und unsere beiden Teenager groß genug. Für einen Trip nach Fehmarn absolut empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zuverlässig.

VerifiedSpontan und unkompliziert konnten wir ein Wochenende im Ostseenest Fehmarn genießen. Die Unterkunft ist für 4 Personen ausreichend und funktional eingerichtet. Sie lädt zur Gemütlichkeit ein und der Ausblick aus den großen Fenstern aufs Wasser ist einfach entspannend. Die großen Fenster spenden viel Licht.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar einen Milchaufschäumer gibt es.
Zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung. Einmal über den Hof und schon ist man am Strand.
Wir haben es genossen und konnten gut vom Alltagsstress abschalten. Immer und gerne wieder.

VerifiedWir waren über das Wochenende im Nopvember auf Fehrmarn und hauptsächlich zur Erholung /um zu spazieren und leckere Sachen zu essen. Super Aalkate und Korfu! Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und sauber. Sie hat alles, was der Gast benötigt. Es gibt zwei Zimmer, welche gemütlich eingerichtet sind und durch das Schrankbett(einmal hoch und schon hat der grosse Raum viel Fläche)tagsüber genügend Platz besitzen. Wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen.
Das Bad ist ok, etwas klein und ich persönlich mag es moderner. Aber für ein Wochenende auf Fehrmarn völlig ausreichend!
Von der Lage ist man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten am Strand, das ist super. Die Architektur am Südstrand von Arne Jacobsen ist nicht ganz mein Fall.
Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.

VerifiedMan fühlte sich auf Anhieb wie zu Hause.
Gemütliche Atmosphäre und alles was für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird, ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, verbunden mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Yacht-Hafen. Außerdem ist sie leicht zu erreichen, da ein Aufzug vorhanden ist.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, sodass man auf das Auto ohne Probleme mehrere Tage verzichten kann. Zuerst der tolle Strand, den man in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht. Dann sind in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere Lokalitäten vorhanden, Eisdiele, Bäckerei, Einkaufsladen und wenn der Geldbeutel dünner wird auch ein Geldautomat (VoBa), fehlen nicht - Kurz: Wir waren bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm überrascht und es wird bestimmt nicht der Letzte sein.

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist für jedes Alter passend eingerichtet. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung hat alles was man braucht. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Bäcker und Gaststätten sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Ein breiter Strand ca. 100 mtr. entfernt ist ein Erlebnis. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

VerifiedUns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick über den Yachthafen vom Frühstückstisch aus. Das beruhigt und entspannt! Die Betten sind sehr gut, an der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Alles ist durchdacht und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Der sehr grosse HD-Fernseher ist für mich (sehbehindert) eine echte Erleichterung. Lediglich das Essbesteck mit den spitzen Messern würde ich austauschen, weil man mit diesen Designerstücken nur schlecht Brote schmieren kann. Besonders praktisch ist auch der Fahrstuhl und die Geschirrspülmaschine, die sehr leise ist. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder!! Ein echtes Nest der Erholung!!!

VerifiedWaren für 1 .Woche mit unserer fast 2 Jährigen Tochter in dieser Ferienwohnung , ja was soll ich sagen. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts alles ist vorhanden es ist sauber und richtig schön hergerichtet . Kann ich mit einem sehr guten Gewissen Weiterempfehlen. Waren auch nichts das letzte mal da gewesen. Kontakt super alles wurde 1a beantwortet überhaupt keine Probleme.

Wir sind als Familie mit zweijährigem Kleinkind gereist. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist hell, geschmackvoll und gemütlich arrangiert, die Ausstattung ist sehr durchdacht; auf kleinem Raum findet alles seinen Platz.

VerifiedDas Ostseenest ist eine liebevoll renovierte kleine Wohnung mit großartiger Ausstattung und ein wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Jachthafen. Gerade für den Urlaub mit Kleinkind steht alles bereit, von Bettchen und Hochstuhl über Kindergeschirr und -besteck bis hin zu einem Toilettentrainer ist an alles gedacht.
Auch für die Großen gibt es eine Menge zu entdecken-allein drei verschiedene Möglichkeiten, Kaffee zu kochen, sowie eine Menge verschiedenster Küchenutensielen, etc. Wir haben viel gekocht und alles zur Verfügung gehabt, was man zu Hause auch verwendet.
Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und hochwertig, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und geschickt einsortiert, so dass auf kleinem Raum alles problemlos Platz findet.
Die Betten sind bequem, und auch für das Kinderreisebett steht eine gute Matratze zur Verfügung.
Praktisch ist im 4. OG natürlich der Fahrstuhl.

VerifiedAn unseren Urlaub am Stranddistelweg 7 auf der Insel Fehmarn
werden wir uns sehr gern erinnern.
Die Wohnung in der 4.Etage ist trotz der nördlichen Lage sehr hell
und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, ruhig und verfügt über einen
tollen Blick auf den Yachthafen. Man wird von der Morgensonne geweckt und kann am Abend ebenso die Sonne im Zimmer beobachten.
Die Küche ist ausreichend groß. Das Klappbett hat sehr gute Matratzen.
Auch der Fahrstuhl funktioniert prima.
Fazit : Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
