The outdoor area of the modern holiday home Zijper24 in North Holland offers a beautiful and inviting space for relaxation. Guests can enjoy access to a spacious, fenced terrace complete with a large garden table that accommodates six chairs and a sunshade, perfect for dining outdoors from spring to autumn. Additional garden furniture, including lounge chairs and a grill, is conveniently stored in the garden shed, ensuring that all essentials are readily available. In winter, the chairs and sunshade are safely kept in the garden house. The property features a separate storage room accessible from the entrance, housing cleaning supplies as well as a washing machine and dryer. With meticulous renovations completed in 2019 and 2020, guests will appreciate the comfort and functionality of both the indoor and outdoor spaces of this charming 68 sqm holiday home.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
