Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt viele Gäste durch ihre zentrale und zugleich ruhige Lage am Schwanenteich sowie die moderne Einrichtung, die für eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders hervorgehoben werden die Sauberkeit, bequeme Matratzen sowie die gut ausgestattete Küche samt Netflix-Zugang. Zudem bietet der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Garten viel Raum zur Entspannung, was auch für Gäste mit Hund ideal ist. Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Schwan 1 (Whg. 38) in der kleinen Villa am Schwanenteich war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel auf ein stimmiges Konzept gelegt wurde. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die hervorragende Ausstattung. Die gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zu den gemütlichen Betten war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr begeistert, sie ist ruhig, aber mit kurzem Weg in die Innenstadt von Burg. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos, und der Kontakt war stets freundlich und professionell. Eine Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Familie K.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
