VerifiedWir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Wenn ich mir kleine Anmerkungen erlauben darf, dann haben wir mehrere Hinweisschilder trotz "Bitte" Formulierungen, als Gängelung empfunden. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass Frühstücksbrettchen nicht in den Geschirrspüler gehören, dass nach dem Duschen gelüftet werden soll und ähnliches. Vorhanden Drogerieartikel (Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspültabs und -mittel ...) reichen nicht aus. Entweder sollte so etwas gar nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden und dann auch in der Objektbeschreibung vermerkt sein, oder in ausreichender Menge.

Zu Ihren Bemerkungen: Gäste haben in der Vergangenheit öfter nach dem Duschen nicht gelüftet, was zu Schimmelbildung führen kann.
Leider können Gäste, die Holzbretter in den Geschirrspüler legen, diese nicht mehr verwenden.
Es tut uns leid, wenn Sie die Hinweisschilder als störend empfunden haben.
Was die Ausstattung betrifft: Für den ersten Tag oder die ersten Tage stellen wir unseren Gästen Drogerieartikel zur Verfügung - es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung, daher müssen auch solche Gegenstände vom Gast mitgebracht werden.susi

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Das einzige Nachteilige ist aus unserer Sicht, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen muss.
Bis zum Zentrum sind es 10 min. zu Fuss und der Strand sowie der Hafen sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.

VerifiedWir haben zwei Nächte am Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Gut eingerichtet, Küche enthielt alles, was man benötigt.
Die Lage ist ideal. Burg ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Wer mag, kann sogar zu Fuß zum Südstrand laufen.
Die eigene Terasse is perfekt, um ein wenig die Sonne zu genießen.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend - wir durften am Sonntag bis 18 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben, anstatt sie wie üblich um 10 Uhr zu verlassen. Somit konnten wir noch entspannt frühstücken und durch die Stadt bummeln. Kein Stress, super mit Baby!
Aproppos Baby - vielleicht mögen die Vermieter noch die Steckdosen kindersicher machen :-)

VerifiedWir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Diese war sehr sauber und lag in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Großes Lob an den Vermieter für die Möglichkeit kurzfristiger Absprachen und für das Entgegenkommen, daß wir am Tag nach der Kontaktaufnahme das Projekt beziehen konnten.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
