Only a five-minute walk to the city center. The south beach, fields and the beautiful harbor can be reached quickly by bike. The car can stay in the carport and thus incur no additional costs due to parking charges. Even a parking for the second car is given.

On the ground floor you will find a cozy living and dining area with beautiful wooden floor and access to the terrace and garden as well as the kitchen, the hall and the guest toilet including washing machine. Upstairs are the two bedrooms (one with south-facing balcony and TV) and a bathroom. Books and family board games are available. The whole house was modern and comfortably furnished and 2018 completely renovated.
Large terrace with a dining table and six chairs, two sun loungers. Masonry barbecue. Large lawn with fruit trees. South facing with fantastic sunsets. Garden can be used at any time. Even surfers and kiters are welcome to spread their material and let it dry.
The location of this holiday home is unique! Central yet quiet between town and beach with a large garden to relax. Strolling or visiting restaurants in the city center, an evening walk to the beach or a delicious soft ice cream - everything is easy to conquer on foot. The bike rental is about 500m away.
Four-legged friends are welcome (no list dogs), but only in advance with the landlord. A drinking and feeding bowl is in the house. The property is not completely fenced. Due to the great location of the house, walks are very easy and you are after a few meters on the free dirt roads.
For the fifth person, an extra bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms or the sofa with bed function is activated. A travel cot from Hauk and a high chair are provided and there is enough space to deliver in each bedroom.
"Your Ferienhaus Strandstrasse" is an ideal starting point for your holiday activities. In the house is a current information folder with everything worth knowing about Fehmarn. So that your vacation is a direct hit!
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.
Rental Prices
All rates apply for max. 4 guests. An added €26,00 per night will be charged for each additional guest.
For short stays of up to 3 nights, a surcharge of 55.00 € will be applied.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
