The entire locale promises opportunities for scenic bike rides and strolls along the picturesque coastline, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant surroundings of Juliusruh and the stunning Rügen island.

The bathroom contains a shower, and there is a storage room for luggage and beach items. The apartment includes Wi-Fi access and welcomes pets, subject to additional fees. Shared facilities such as a garage are available, although access to the parking space is currently restricted due to construction work.

Please note that access to the apartment may be affected due to ongoing roadworks on "Ringstraße" and "Am Waldwinkel" scheduled from mid-October 2025 to the end of August 2026; however, the area remains accessible by foot. Guests arriving by car can utilize the designated parking space in the building's underground garage, though availability may be restricted during renovations.
