Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the charming holiday home in Borghamn offers guests a beautiful green waterfront property right by the large Lake Vättern. Enjoy direct access to swimming and fishing opportunities. A public sandy beach is just 600 meters away, perfect for sunbathing or beach activities. Additionally, there are lovely hiking trails around the nearby Omberg area, ideal for nature enthusiasts. The property features garden furniture and sun loungers for relaxation. As this outdoor space is communal, guests are invited to share it while respecting the tranquility of the surroundings. The property is located close to local amenities, with a small grocery store and a great restaurant about 900 meters away, ensuring convenience during the stay.
Rooms and equipment
This cozy holiday home features a living space of approximately 75 m² and an additional 13 m² in an annex, accommodating four adults and two children. The main bedroom contains two single beds that can be pushed together. Two children can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, while two additional beds are available in the annex. The living room is equipped with a wood stove and a flat-screen TV with Swedish channels. The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The tiled bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Guests have access to a washing machine, freezer in the annex, as well as garden furniture and an adult bike. Note that the ceiling height is partially only 1.90 m, and there is no Wi-Fi. Smoking is prohibited, and electricity costs are additional.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
