Outdoor area
The outdoor area of our holiday apartment invites you to relax! On the protected terrace, you can enjoy the view while having breakfast or an evening barbecue. Everything you need for a barbecue is provided. You can arrive by car - there are parking spaces right in front of the apartment. On foot or by bike, you can easily reach all the important places in our town. Spend relaxed hours in our beautiful outdoor area and let yourself be pampered!
Special feature
For several years, our family has been representing beach chair rentals in the seaside resort of Boltenhagen. We now offer our services at access points 21 and 22 (dog beach + textile). You will always find a contact person from us there. If you book your vacation home with us, you can also arrange beach chair reservations for 2023. Take the opportunity and enjoy your beach vacation in one of our comfortable beach chairs!

The living room is spacious and there are 2 bedrooms, providing enough space for the whole family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a dining area. Our holiday apartment in Boltenhagen is located in an ideal location, from which you can easily reach everything the seaside resort has to offer. The town center, the shopping center and the beach are only a few minutes' walk away. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long beach walks, bike rides and walks. Near the holiday apartment there is also the Boltenhagen "jungle" and another beautiful forest area towards Redewisch, which invite you to take a walk. Feel relaxed and enjoy all the advantages that Boltenhagen has to offer - far from the busy season - in our beautiful holiday apartment.

In dieser schönen Ferienwohnung fühlen sich Gäste sehr wohl, wobei die ruhige Lage sowie die freundlichen Gastgeber von mehreren Personen hervorgehoben werden. Während ein Gast die Ausstattung als vollständig beschreibt, weist ein anderer auf eine in die Jahre gekommene Küche nebst durchgesessenem Sofa sowie eine dürftige Auswahl an Geschirr hin. VerifiedAbsolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, so dass man blitzschnell an der Seebrücke Boltenhagens ist. Ein klarer Daumen hoch, auch an die Vermietung! Wir werden wiederkommen.

VerifiedSehr schöne Wohnung mit Allem, was man braucht und absolut ruhig gelegen.
Hunde sind hier herzlich willkommen.
Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum und am Strand.
Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch am Hundestrand ( Aufgang. 21 ) Strandkörbe vermieten.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
