This property features a communal outdoor area that enhances the holiday experience. Guests can enjoy a large bathing and boating dock located just 100 meters from the house, offering excellent opportunities for swimming and fishing in Lake Bolmen. Garden furniture and a grill are available for outdoor dining and relaxation. Additionally, families with young children will appreciate the playhouse situated on the property. Guests have access to a rowing boat and life vests, with the option to rent a boat motor separately. The serene location provides a perfect backdrop for outdoor activities in a tranquil setting, ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Please note that bookings are only accepted for full weeks, starting on Saturdays.

The approximately 50 m² holiday home features a living room equipped with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, with a kitchenette that includes an electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. The dining area is located in a winter garden on the lakeside, which can be fully opened, providing a cozy space with comfortable seating. On cooler evenings, a gas heater ensures warmth in the winter garden, while the dining table can also be set up in the living room during colder months. The property includes a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guests have access to outdoor furniture, a grill, a rowboat, and life jackets. Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
