On the ground floor, guests have access to a ski and bike storage room as well as a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There are five parking spaces in the underground garage and two outdoor spaces directly at the house. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is available in the basement. Thanks to its quiet location on a side street, the outdoor area remains peaceful and authentic – a place to arrive, unwind, and feel right at home.
