Verified by partnerUnser Urlaub war sehr schön, die Ferienwohnung fanden wir richtig toll. Die Lage am See mit Blick bis Ansicht andre Ufer war Klasse. Mit dem Parkplatz funktionierte es gut, die Wohnungseinrichtung gefiel uns gut, nur Heizung und Warmwasserregulierung funktionierten anfangs nicht richtig.

Und der eine oder andere weitere deutsche TV-Sender wäre toll gewesen, aber beides war zu verkraften.
Jedoch die Vor-Ort-Betreuung war nicht die Beste, denn sie hatte uns noch angeboten, bei Fragen sollen wir einfach eine Nachricht schreiben,
aber auf eine Nachricht hat sie dann nicht reagiert.
Doch alles im allen war es ein toller Urlaub und wir werden wiederkommen und auch diese Ferienwohnung in Betracht ziehen.

Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt wunderschön. Wir möchten auch ein sehr großes Lob an die Verwalterin weitergeben. Sehr aufgeschlossen und sehr nett.
Bellano ist ein sehr netter Ort. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das erste aber auch nicht das letzte Mal am Comer See.

Verified by partnerDie Tage waren herrlich, Schlafen direkt am See - aufwachen mit Blick auf den See oder abends die gegenüber funkelnden Ufer. Katya, die Verwalterin, war sehr zuverlässig und so herzlich lieb.
Beim Parken hatten wir meist die Carports an der Einfahrt am See nutzen können -oder die Parkplätze danach. Alles in allem super, super Lage - Strände links und rechts und der hübsche Ort Bellano nur 70 m zur Altstadt und Fischerhafen.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die zwei Balkone quasi über dem See und dass sie sehr gut schallisoliert ist, so dass man die Straßengeräusche praktisch nicht hört. Der Service durch Katja war hervorragend. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen.

Verified by partnerWir haben im Nido di Mariangela sechs wunderbare Tage direkt am Lago di Como verbracht. Die Bauqualität des Hauses, in der die Wohnung ist, ist wirklich sehr gut. Von der Straße welche bergseits direkt am Haus vorbeigeht hört man gar nichts. Nur das plätschern des Sees, wenn man bei offenem Fenster im Bett liegt, und die Lichter am andern Ufer betrachtet. Einfach wunderbar. Die beiden Balkone über dem Wasser sind sehr toll, ich hätte Stunden verweilen können, gäbe es nicht so viel Schönes zu entdecken in dieser Region. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Mariangelas Nest.

Verified by partnerDas Appartement ist sehr schön, die Betreuung vor Ort sehr nett. Wir waren das zweite mal dort. Einen Fauxpas gibt es allerdings. Die Satellitenschüssel ist am vorderen Geländer montiert und stört msssiv die Sicht. Von außen sieht’s einfach nur peinlich aus. Ein Unding! Man könnte sie auch in der Ecke des hinteren Balkons montieren. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn dies geschähe.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung ist funktional sehr gut eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Lage direkt am See. Bei guten Wetter kann man jeden Abend die Sonne und natürlich den tollen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Obwohl die Wohnung an der Durchfahrtsstraße liegt, bekommt man davon in der Wohnung selbst kaum etwas mit.
Der Ort selbst wird von den Touristen nicht überfüllt, was sehr angenehm ist.
Kulinarisch ist der Ort allerdings eine Herausforderung. Wer Pizza liebt ist dort jedoch sehr gut aufgehoben.
Bezüglich des Parkplatzes wurde uns von Breva sehr schnell eine Lösung angeboten.

Abstellplatz, war aber gut in Hausgang und auf Balkon machbar. Nähe zum Schiffsanleger, Bahnhof und Superstrada auch geschickt. Küchenausstattung fördert Lust zum Kochen - die guten Zutaten findet man weitgehend in Bellano selbst. Vermieterin sehr nett - Einrichtung vielleicht ein bisschen viel "rosa".

Verified by partnerBesonders hervorheben möchten wir die perfekte Lage und die freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung von Marieangela. Wir haben Bellano, den Ausblick und das kulinarische Angebot genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Was wir uns wegen der Hitze (bis zu 32 Grad in der Wohnung) gewünscht hätten wäre eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator. Sonst war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt an einem wundervollen Ort. Vielen Dank dafür :-)

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
