Parking is directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely parked and charged in the garden.
In the large in-house garden there is a small area for guests of the apartment to use. Garden chairs, table, parasol and, if required, a gas grill are available.
Rooms and equipment
Our holiday apartment is located in the attic of a detached house. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. The large fitted kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. A box spring bed 180x200cm ensures a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a large ground-level shower. In the living room there is a TV set. WLAN is available for free.

The holiday apartment has a shared bedroom, an additional and/or separate bedroom/possibility is not available.
A sufficient number of bed linen and towels are available in the apartment.
Location description
Our holiday home is situated on the outskirts of Kleve in a quiet residential area. From here you reach comfortably a baker and a supermarket in direct proximity. A modern swimming pool can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
The central location also offers an ideal starting point to discover the Lower Rhine and the neighbouring Netherlands. From here you can quickly reach the beautiful nature of the Lower Rhine in all directions. Well developed and signposted cycle paths offer good opportunities for extensive cycling tours.
2 Golf courses are also close by.

Auf das Objekt selber war ich durch Zufall gestoßen, da es neben einer Schlafgelegenheit die vier Kriterien bot, die ich für meinen Aufenthalt unbedingt brauchte. Alles Übrige war für mich eigentlich Sahnehäubchen obendrauf, aber was für ein Häubchen! Erlesene Ausstattung, Begrüßungstrunk, alle Verbrauchsdinge durchdacht vorhanden, Technik absolut top und die Wohnung förmlich ausgeglänzt. Schade höchstens, dass ich hier zum Arbeiten hergekommen bin und nicht, um Urlaub zu machen; so konnte ich all die reichen Angebote gar nicht voll nutzen. Aber wenn es irgend geht, mache ich hier mal Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist in einem super gepflegten modernen Zustand. Man fühlt sich beim Betreten direkt sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der zweite Schlafplatz auf dem Sofa ist top.
Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett.
Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und werden auch wieder auf sie zurückgreifen bei unserem nächsten Einsatz in der Region.

Auch hervorzuheben ist, dass wir aufgrund von Krankheit sehr kurzfristig, die Reise nicht antreten konnten und auch dies keinerlei Probleme für die Eigentümer darstellte! Das Geld wurde uns zügig wieder zurück erstattet. Dafür wollen wir uns auch hier noch einmal bedanken.

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben den Schlüssel vor Ort übergeben bekommen und eine Tour durch die Wohnung bekommen. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Auch ein kleiner Obstteller und Getränke wurden bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir waren voll zufrieden.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
