Outdoor area
Located on a picturesque lakeside property, Villa Rosa features a shared outdoor area that enhances the holiday experience. Guests can enjoy the property’s private boat and swimming dock, perfect for swimming and fishing in the beautiful, expansive Lake Visen. A covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, offers a stunning view of the lake, where guests can relax and unwind. Additionally, the outdoor area includes a barbecue hut and a fire pit, ideal for cozy evenings. While the outdoor amenities are shared, they cater to both families and couples seeking a memorable getaway. The surrounding regions of Tranemo and Svenljunga, located just a short drive away, provide ample shopping, cafés, and restaurants to explore. For a truly relaxing stay, Villa Rosa is an idyllic choice with excellent outdoor facilities. Please note that pets and smoking in the house are not permitted.

The Villa Rosa holiday home features a well-designed approximately 70 m² layout, beginning with an open living room equipped with a sofa bed, a second corner sofa, a cozy wood-burning stove, and a television. This space flows into a glass-enclosed dining area offering stunning views of Lake Visen. A modern, well-appointed kitchen, with an oven, two cooktops, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, is conveniently located adjacent to the dining area.
The property includes two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Additional sleeping arrangements are available via a sofa bed in the living room and two single beds in a nearby building, accommodating up to eight guests total. Amenities include running hot and cold water, electricity, Wi-Fi, a sauna with a shower, and shared facilities such as a rowing boat and a grill hut.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
