Situated on a 5000 m² estate with a swimming pool, this luxurious and modern villa is located in a quiet area of Rosulje on the island of Vir. The 350 m² villa spreads over two floors, consists of six apartments, and can accommodate a total of 28 persons. Each of the four apartments with two bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons in the living room can accommodate six persons. Each of the two studio apartments with one double bed can accommodate two persons. All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one private bathroom with shower and a roofed 20 m² terrace or balcony furnished with table and chairs.
A dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet in each of the apartments are just some of the features available to guests.
In the outer part of the estate there is a pool 58 m² (12 m long, 4.8 m wide and 1.5 m deep) with loungers, parasols, two outdoor showers, a spacious roofed and furnished pavilion with barbecue, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area with seating for 30 persons, as well as a playroom with table tennis, darts, table football, billiards, air hockey, gym and 10 bicycles.
Distance to shops, restaurants, and the center of Vir is a few minutes’ walk. The nearest beach is distanced 400 m from the property. Wellness treatments (e.g. massage) are available upon request and at surcharge. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Security deposit amounts 1000 EUR.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 60 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
