Family friendly, modern F**** certified holiday home, next to skiing slope and hiking trails. 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, modern furnishings and fully equipped kitchen

The outdoor area has direct access to the ski slope and toboggan run. The terrace with garden furniture is also available for having barbecue. A reserved parking space in the parking lot belongs to the cottage as well.

The F*** certified cottage has 2 floors on 79 m² and can accommodate for up to 6 people in three separate bedrooms ( 2x double beds 180x200cm, 1x double bed 160x200cm), which can be found on the upper floor besides a bathroom with shower and bath plus SAT/TV in one of the bedrooms.
The living room on the ground floor is modernly decorated and equipped with Smart TV, DVD player and free WiFi (WiFi-infrastructure within the Holiday House plus wide band intranet access). The kitchen is complete and contemporary equipped, including dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, a cooker with oven and a coffee maker beside others.
The outdoor area has direct access to the ski slope and toboggan run. The terrace with garden furniture is also available for having barbecue. A reserved parking space for one car in the parking lot belongs to the cottage as well. There are also charge stations for E-Cars from ChargePoint available if required.
Free use of the swimming pool (recently renovated), the sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, gym and Ski cellar/storage which are available as community facilities in the adjoining Dorint Hotel.
The price covers bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, heating, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. An additional visitor’s tax of €3.00 per person per day (for guests aged 16 and above) applies. This tax also includes a Sauerland Card offering various discounts.

The holiday accomodation is a "Non smoking house". If it can be proven that smoking was done in the apartment despite the smoking ban, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of 150, - €.

Our renovated half-timbered house with comfortable furnishings is located on the sunny south-east slope in a quiet location above the center of the health resort Neuastenberg with direct, stunning views of the "Sauerland nature".

Here you can sunbathe in peace, forget the everyday worries and relax in the swimming pool and the sauna area. In winter you can ski or toboggan runs directly from the house into attractive Postwiesen-ski.

Additional costs per dog 10,-€/day (max. 2 dogs upon agreement).Dogs are welcomed unless they are laying on upholstered furniture and beds.

For Alpine skiers the winter sports center Postwiese with a total of 16 slopes is located in Neuastenberg. The entry can be made directly from the holiday home via the toboggan run. There exists a highly attractive Funpark for snowboarders also. In takes 3 minutes by car or by bus only (bus stop next to the House) to get started in the Winterberg ski carousel, as well as in Langewiese ski area. Snow-making systems make up for optimal winter pleasures from December until March.
