Sehr schönes altes (saniertes), gut ausgestattetes Haus, auf großem Gelände gelegen mit altem Baumbestand, so dass uns oft frühmorgens Rehe, Hasen und Rebhühner besuchten.
Mit Rad oder Auto sind alle Orte/Strände auf Fehmarn in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen

Wer allerdings Probleme mit Geräuschen aus der oberen Wohnung hat (die mit Holzfussboden ausgelegt ist und dementsprechende Geräusche nicht vermeidbar sind), der sollte sich etwas anderes suchen.
Wir habe uns jedenfalls sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Große, toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die direkt an die hintere Tür grenzende Terasse bietet ausreichend Platz zum Erholen und Genießen. Spielmöglichkeiten für kleinere Kinder, Schaukel und Sandkasten, sind vorhanden, für Größere ist eine Wiese fast so groß wie ein Fußballfeld angrenzend.
Für uns war der Urlaub, trotz Corona, einfach perfekt.
Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super schönes und komfortables Haus mit phantastisch großem Garten. Ruhig gelegen und damit optimal zum Spielen für unsere Enkelkinder.

Zwei Wochen Fehmarn
Eigentlich dürfte ich dieses Haus gar nicht weiter empfehlen, sonst wollen zu viele Menschen es genießen!
Wir hatten durch die Beschreibung schon einen sehr guten Eindruck vom Haus Wendlandt. Es mit eigenen Augen zu sehen und zu genießen übertraf dies allerdings.
Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen Ort Strukkamp, wo nichts los ist. Aber wer auf Fehmarn Urlaub macht, sucht sicher nicht den Trubel. Brötchen-Service kann im nächsten Ort gebucht werden! Das heißt man hat Ruhe pur und manchmal im Garten Besuch von Hase oder Reh.
Das Haus ist SEHR geräumig, SEHR liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für erholsame Urlaubstage!
Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden.
Die Wohnung und das Inventar war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Lediglich der Wasserkocher sollte mal ausgetauscht werden.
Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass bei der Sanierung des alten Hauses nicht einfach nur auf den heutigen Standard gebracht wurde, sondern der Charme das Hauses erhalten wurde: Beibehaltung der alten Türen und Bodenbeläge, Sprossenfenster, innen liegende Klappläden, stimmige Echtholzmöbel,....!
Hier und auch im riesigen Garten mit Liegen und Sitzgruppe haben wir schöne Stunden verlebt.
Fairerweise sollte man erwähnen, dass die Bundesstraße im Garten deutlich zu hören ist, in der Wohnung nicht mehr.
Die Strände beidseitig der Fehmarnsundbrücke sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreicht. Am Ufer hat man feinen Sand, im Wasser ist es sehr steinig. Wir haben mit unseren Kinder den Strand am Grünen Brink im Norden der Insel vorgezogen.

sehr schöne, im EG liegende Wohnung,
typisches Fehmarnhaus, passend renoviert, mit super modernem Bad,
gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer,
Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nix, Geschirr etc. ist in Überzahl vorhanden.
Nette Obermieterin, die Fragen gerne beantwortet und hilft.
Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
