Welcome to Villa SantAnna, an exclusive holiday villa in a picturesque hillside location with an incomparable panoramic view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.

This spacious panoramic villa welcomes you with a large gate labelled "Villa SantAnna". A driveway leads to the underground car park, while external steps to the side of the driveway lead up to the house, which is built on different levels.

Villa St Anna has two entrances from the ground floor via the entrance on the garden side. A path surrounds the house and leads to its entrance.

The garden of the villa extends over three levels and offers various outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Below is the pool area with an inviting veranda and comfortable sun loungers. The basement flat is located on the pool level, while the ground floor has a large balcony with a dining table and barbecue for shared meals. On the top floor, the bedrooms on the lake side have access to the balcony, while the bedroom on the mountain side has its own small roof terrace.

Villa St. Anna offers its guests not only luxurious accommodation, but also the opportunity to experience an unforgettable holiday surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The St. Anna holiday villa is designed in a modern country house style and is spacious and light-flooded with high-quality tiled floors and parquet flooring in the bedrooms, offering an inviting atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

As you enter the villa through the main side entrance, you are greeted directly by the living room. A large long dining table for 10 people with access to the covered balcony opens onto the lake side, while a cosy sofa area with two sofas and TV invites you to linger. The modern separate kitchen on the mountain side has a patio door and can be separated from the living room by sliding doors if required. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet are also accessible from the mountain side.

A staircase leads from the living room to the attic and sleeping areas. The attic with three bedrooms has light-flooded rooms with open roof beams. There are three further bedrooms here, two of which have access to the balcony and share a bathroom. A further double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and access to a balcony with lake views completes the layout of the bedrooms.

Next to the underground car park is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.

All televisions are equipped with international channels and streaming options for Netflix. For leisure activities, table tennis, table football and an exercise bike are available to provide you with unforgettable moments.

The villa impresses with its spacious ambience in a modern country house style with light-flooded rooms and tiled floors. Cosy parquet flooring awaits you in the bedrooms, while the attic is invitingly designed with open roof beams made of light-coloured wood.

The heated pool with panoramic lake and mountain views faces the lake.
The pool (3 m x 8 m) is open from 16.03.-15.10. depending on the weather. Pool heating on request for an extra charge.

The lake and beach are approx. 2 km away. Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly shallow beaches and long lakeside paths as well as good water sports facilities.

You can park up to 6 vehicles safely in the spacious underground car park on the fenced property.

E-car charging at the domicile is possible for up to two vehicles. There are two charging stations in the underground car park. Surcharge ,080 €/kWh. You will receive a card at check-in that charges your consumption.

How can I book an accommodation?
We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Under which conditions can I book an accommodation?
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.

Is the accommodation vacant and bookable in my requested travel period?
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

How do I calculate the total rental price?
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Whether the tourist tax is included or not is displayed below the total rental price.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?
If a security deposit is required, please see the "Additional Price Information" in the "Rental Prices" section on this page.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).

Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of guests?
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.

Are there discounts for children?
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Where is my accommodation located?
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Are pets allowed?
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

When are the check-in and check-out times for my accommodation?
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.

How does the handover and the return of the keys take place?
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.

Why is a price calculation impossible, even though the accommodation is vacant?
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
  • 17
    My requested travel period is below the minimum stay. How can I continue?
    In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
