Das Haus ìst eins unserer Lieblingsferienobjekte geworden. Super Parkmöglichkeit. Hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung. Bahnhof, Zob und Stadt, gerade, wenn man auch das Auto stehen lassen möchte. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch schnell in der Stadt. Die Betten sehr bequem und eine schöne, grosse Dusche. Alles da, was man braucht. Für Fahrräder eine Überdachte Stellmöglichkeit wäre noch super.

Bei dem Gesamteindruck haben wir nur 4 Sterne vergeben, da wir unseren kleinen Hund ohne Aufsicht nicht freilaufen lassen konnten da vereinzelnt durch die Hecke Schlupflöcher zu den Nachbarn und zur
Straße waren. Des weiteren hätte der Gartenbereich etwas gepflegter sein können zum Beispiel ein gemähter Rasen.

Ein echt altes Häuschen mit Charme. Die Beschreibung wo genau der Schlüsselsafe zu finden ist (in Kniehöhe an dem Platz wo die Mülltonnen stehen) würde helfen bei Dunkelheit. Die Hecken rund ums Haus sind für Hunde durchlässig. Wir haben aber keine ausgesprochenen "Ausbrecher-Hunde", war für uns in Ordnung. Die Hauseingangstür ist im unteren Bereich verzogen, da zieht es rein.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß etwa 10-15min vom Hafen und der Innenstadt von Husum entfernt. Das Haus selbst wirkte sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzbereich und Strandkorb. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es eignet sich sehr gut zur Selbstversorgung. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Heimathafen für die Ferien ;)

Die Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen Wohngebiet. Es ist etwa 1 km zur Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Die Urlaubswohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen! Unzufrieden war ich eher mit der schwierigen Kommunikation im Vorfeld wegen der fehlenden bzw. unklaren Verständigung bzgl Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Der gut ausgestattete Netto mit Bäcker war zu Fuss in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Am Hafen war man in 10 Minuten. Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine grosse immer gemâhte Wiese, die von Kindern für alle möglichen Sportarten genutzt werden kann.

Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem WLAN was für uns weniger ein Problem war aber für unseren Teenie schrecklich. Ausstattung war super. Lage perfekt, nur wenige Meter zu einem kleinen Laden mit Lebensmitteln, ca. 15 min. zu Fuß in die Stadt.

Hübsch renoviertes Siedlerhaus auf 80qm. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10+12) eine klasse Lage. Spielplatz und große Wiese laden zum Toben ein. 15-20 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Nahkauf für kleine Einkäufe inklusive Brötchen ca. 300m entfernt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, neues Bad und neue Küche. Strandkorb auf der Terrasse.

Gut renoviertes Haus mit schöner Einrichtung, tolle Küche mit super Ausstattung, bequemes Wohnzimmer mit großem TV, WLan ok. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad gut renoviert. Was nicht so schön war ist der etwas muffige Geruch im Flur, sehr kleines Grundstück und daran angrenzend ein Sanitärbereich der Kuhgräsung, wo ein Schul- und Schützenfest stattfand. Kontakt und Abwicklung perfekt.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
