»This is an absolutely beautiful place located on our favourite street. We have made so many wonderful memories here together and cannot wait to come back soon. Everything is so easy, clean, quiet and perfect here that it's difficult to convey without sounding ridiculous. Very highly recommended.
The only down side is that this beautiful house is unavailable for our 2024 trip - which given how wonderful this place is, does not come as a surprise.

Your dream house in a perfect location!
Our house „Ludwigschlössl“ is located in the middle of the historic „Ludwigstraße“ and in a wonderful quiet location. The house was built after the second World War and completely renovated in 2010. Many restaurants and small shops conjure up a wonderful holiday flair and offer a perfect holiday location. The house is located in a quiet side street.
The wonderful and breathtaking view will stay in your memory forever and ensure absolute well-being and relaxation from the first minute of your vacation. From the spacious terrace on the 1st floor you can have a wonderful view over the beautiful garden – and a mountain panorama that is second to none. „Zugspitze“ and „Alpspitze“ show themselves from their most beautiful side!
The renovated hoilday home extends over two floors and offers 95 qm for up to 7 people. During the renovation, care was taken to take many details from the old building. For example, the door height was left at the original version of 1.80 meters.
The three bedrooms are on the ground floor, all of them are equipped with new box spring beds. The master bedroom, which even has a TV, is equipped with a double bed and a walk-in closet so that your holiday wardrobe can be stowed away perfectly. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and there is also a wardrobe. The third bedroom is perfect for partents and one child: In addition to the double bed, a single bed is available here. Of course there is also a wardrobe in this room. The direct access to the terrace from this bedroom is particuluarly practical. Here you can wonderfully enjoy the morning sun.
Of course, you will also find a bathroom on the ground floor. This is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink and has a window. Also the washing machine and dryer are there and can be used free of charge.
Over wood stairs you reach the upper floor of our house „Ludwigschlössl“. A cozy and modern living and dining area awaits you here. The large glass front, which allows access to the terrace, floods the room with light and creates a wonderful living atmosphere.
Even if the weather does not invite you to outdoor activities, you will be able to enjoy your holiday in this home to the fullest – our guests have a comfortable sofa with view to the fireplace and even our piano can be used!
The high-quality, modern luxury kitchen offers all utensils you need for cooking your favorite dishes! Cooking for family or friends is a real pleasure here! The spacious dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen.
Of course, there is also a bathroom on the 1st floor. Here you will find another shower, a bathtub and a toilet.
The house has two parking spaces that are available for your stay – of course free of charge. The house is accessed via a side street with a width of 2,50 meters. Please check your car including outside mirror!
At the end of your stay do not forget to take a photo of the house – the completeley vine-covered house wall is a popular photo motif!

On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

How can I book an accommodation?
We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Under which conditions can I book an accommodation?
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.

Is the accommodation vacant and bookable in my requested travel period?
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

How can I pay my booking and what are the dates of payment?
Properties with Enquiry Booking: Please settle the modalities as well as the conditions for the payment directly with the landlord.

Properties with Online Booking: Please notice the following regulations from the date of booking:

Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please note: For usual touristic services, such as overnight stays, is no right of withdrawal valid. This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

How do I calculate the total rental price?
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Whether the tourist tax is included or not is displayed below the total rental price.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?
If a security deposit is required, please see the "Additional Price Information" in the "Rental Prices" section on this page.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).

Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of guests?
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.

Are there discounts for children?
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Where is my accommodation located?
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.

Are pets allowed?
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

When are the check-in and check-out times for my accommodation?
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.

How does the handover and the return of the keys take place?
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.

Why is a price calculation impossible, even though the accommodation is vacant?
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
  • 17
    My requested travel period is below the minimum stay. How can I continue?
    In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
