Close to the beach and the town, near the piazza and the fishing and yacht harbour on the Colico shore path with a beautiful view of the natural surroundings and impressive mountains. On the edge of the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, Pian di Spagna. Modern semi-detached house with separate entrances and large garden. Impressive mountain panorama on Monte Legnone; with green surroundings in a sunny position in the middle of life.
The garden gate leads into the private furnished and fenced garden. With typical Italian neighbourhood: leisure and sports services, restaurants, cafés and country and town houses- all within walking distance.
Modern semi-detached house with separate entrances. You enter the house via the side entrance in the living room with pull-out couch, dining table and modern kitchen.
A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed and the bright and modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet.
Bright, friendly furnishing style, high-quality furnishings and lots of light through the large windows. From the living room and bedroom you have access to the terrace and garden.
The kitchen is very well equipped.
The holiday flat is in a top location on the lake. You can reach everything on foot: beaches, piazza of Colico, restaurants, bars, cafés and the train station, ideal for holidays without a car.
The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and play.
The house is ideal for holidays with friends, everyone has their own holiday home with privacy. The meeting point is the large garden.
The landlady Silvia is accommodating and lives in the village. She has a boat and bike rental with benefits for you.
You park at the house on the enclosed lot. There are more public parking spaces in front of the house.
Long, shallow beach is about 70 metres away, with sports equipment rental such as surfboards, kiteboards, stand-up paddles, canoes, electric motorboats, motorboats, etc.
Other beaches in the bay of Piona approx. 4 km away.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
